A simple meal
Although this is a simple meal, it is definitely a filling meal. I was running behind one saturday and we totally missed dinner. What i was planning for dinner was a heavy meal and there was no way i could go to bed after this said meal. So I came up with this. Yes its simple yes its easy and yes I’m calling it a meal!
HOW TO MAKE DEVILED EGGS
Ingredients:
7 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon mustard
5 tablespoons mayo
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne
1 tablespoon mustard

2 teaspoons cayenne
*Piping Bag for filling.

Instructions:
- Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a small bowl. Place whites onto a tray or large plate.
- In the bowl with yolks, mix in relish, dijon mustard, mayo, salt, and pepper.
- Place mixture into a piping bag and pipe into the centers of the whites. Serve cold
*Hard boiled eggs;
- Boil enough water to cover the eggs, to a raid boil
- Softly add eggs in. I use a ladle to gently set them in the pan
- Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt
